The Washington State Death Care Coalition is dedicated to fostering a collaborative environment where advocates with diverse backgrounds can unite to influence policy and improve death care services in Washington. We believe that systemic change requires the collective effort of those with privilege and access to collaborate with those without. Our organizational structure creates an environment that fosters connections help all advocates understand the needs, the legislative process and effective communication strategies. By sharing knowledge and building bridges between different groups, we aim to create a more equitable and compassionate death care systems for all residents. Engaging in advocacy efforts ensures that the voices of Washingtonians are heard and considered in policy development.
